For Attendees
Finding events, buying tickets, and managing your account.
How do I find and browse events?
Visit the Explore page to browse all upcoming events. You can filter by category, date, location, and price. Use the search bar to find specific events or organizers.
How do I buy tickets?
Navigate to any event page, select the ticket type and quantity you want, then click "Get Tickets." If you are not logged in, you will be prompted to create an account or log in first. Follow the checkout flow to complete your purchase.
What is payment proof and when do I need it?
Some organizers require payment proof (e.g., a bank transfer receipt or screenshot) before confirming your ticket. If required, you will see a prompt on your ticket page to upload the proof. Your ticket status will show as "Pending" until the organizer reviews and confirms it.
Where can I see my tickets?
All your tickets are available in your Dashboard under "My Tickets." You can view upcoming, past, and cancelled tickets, along with their QR codes for check-in.
Can I get a refund?
Refund policies are set by each organizer individually. Check the event page for the specific refund policy. If eligible, contact the organizer directly through their public profile page.
How does event check-in work?
When you arrive at the event, show the QR code from your ticket to the event staff. They will scan it to confirm your attendance. You can find your QR code in the ticket details on your dashboard.
How do I follow an organizer?
Visit any organizer's public profile page and click the "Follow" button. You will see their new events in your personalized Feed on the dashboard.
For Organizers
Creating events, managing tickets, and running your organization.
How do I become an organizer?
Log in to your account and go to Dashboard, then click "Become Organizer" in the sidebar. Fill in your organization details and submit the application. Our team will review it and notify you once approved.
How do I create an event?
From your Organizer Hub, go to Events and click "Create Event." Fill in the event details including title, description, date, location, and ticket types. Your event will be saved as a draft until you publish it.
How do ticket types work?
You can create multiple ticket types per event (e.g., General, VIP, Early Bird). Each type can have its own price, quantity limit, and description. You can also create free tickets for community events.
How do I check in attendees at my event?
Use the QR Scanner feature available in your event management page. Open the scanner on your phone or tablet, point it at the attendee's QR code, and it will automatically verify and check them in. Team members with scanner permissions can also help.
How do I manage my team?
Go to your Organizer Hub and click "Team" in the sidebar. You can invite team members by email, assign roles with specific permissions, and manage access levels. Custom roles let you control exactly what each team member can do.
How do I collect event feedback?
Clubedge provides anonymous feedback collection for your events. Go to the "Feedback" page in your organizer sidebar to view attendee feedback organized by event. Feedback is anonymous to encourage honest responses.
How do I view my analytics?
The Analytics page in your organizer dashboard shows ticket sales, revenue, attendee demographics, and event performance metrics. You can export data for further analysis.
Can I have multiple organizations?
Yes. You can create multiple organizations under one account. Use the organization switcher in the sidebar to switch between them. Each organization has its own events, team, settings, and public profile.

How do I update my profile?
Go to Dashboard and click "Settings" in the sidebar. You can update your name, avatar, and other profile information from the Profile section.
How do I change my password?
Go to Dashboard, then Settings, and navigate to the Security section. You can change your password there. If you signed up with Google, you manage your password through your Google account.
Is my data secure?
Yes. Clubedge uses enterprise-grade security including encrypted data storage, row-level access control, and secure authentication. We never share your personal data with third parties without your consent.
How do I delete my account?
Contact us at contact@clubedge.live to request account deletion. We will process your request and remove all associated data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
