- Payment information: processed securely by our third-party payment processor (Stripe). We do not store full payment card numbers on our servers.
- Communications: messages you send through the platform, support requests, and feedback.

When you access our platform, we automatically collect:
- Device and browser information: IP address, browser type, operating system, device identifiers, and screen resolution.
- Usage data: pages visited, features used, click patterns, session duration, and referral sources.
- Location data: approximate location derived from your IP address (we do not collect precise GPS location).

- Event organizers: when you register for an event, the organizer receives your registration details to manage the event.
- Service providers: trusted vendors who help operate our platform (hosting by Vercel, database by Supabase, payments by Stripe, email delivery services).
- Legal requirements: when required by law, court order, or government request.
- Business transfers: in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
We never sell your personal data to third parties for advertising purposes.

We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. Specifically:
- Account data: retained until you delete your account, then permanently removed within 30 days (except as required by law).
- Event registration data: retained for 3 years after the event date for record-keeping and dispute resolution.
